Sara started off as a solopreneur. She grew to the point where she added 3 team members but her clients were still emailing her directly. So Sara turned to Freshdesk. Freshdesk is designed to provide customer service ticket tracking (think when you submit a ticket to a help desk) but Sara and her team use it to assign tickets (aka emails) to the appropriate team member.
