Kaci Hill

As Operations Manager, Kaci oversees all aspects of the client onboarding process, serving as a key resource for both clients and Freedom Makers. In addition to onboarding, she provides essential operational support across all teams to enhance workflow efficiency and maintain consistency throughout FMVS. Her ability to streamline processes, anticipate needs, and support both clients and teammates has made a lasting positive impact on our operations.

Kaci has been part of the Freedom Makers community since early 2021. She brings several years of paralegal experience, originally supporting clients before transitioning into her internal leadership role.

Kaci lives in Florida with her two active children and takes pride in supporting military spouses through FMVS — a role she truly enjoys.
