We help solopreneurs and small teams get things done by pairing them with a skilled military spouse as a remote team member. We are committed to supporting small business owners with customized solutions while simultaneously providing flexible, meaningful work opportunities to military spouses, no matter where the military sends them.

Our Freedom To Thrive  model simultaneously enables military spouse virtual assistants to contribute financially to their families through flexible career paths that accommodate the demands of their dynamic lifestyles. Due to frequent military relocations, meaningful work opportunities are often hard to come by for talented military spouses. Through training and support, we empower our Freedom Makers to be successful in any virtual space so they can take their work with them when they have to move!


Transparency guides us as well.  We ensure that everything we do is communicated honestly to our clients. Our timesheets are shared openly with our clients so they can know what their Freedom Maker is working on and when. We require our virtual assistants to report to their client if they are moving or require extra time with a task.  Being honest is of the utmost importance to us and our goal is to be transparent in all that we do.


Finally, Strive for Excellence is our promise that in everything we do, our ultimate goal is excellence. Our Success Manager follows our Freedom Maker/client relationships to ensure they are a success. If something arises, we will make it right. The Team

Freedom Makers Virtual Services is comprised of military spouses across the world who are ready and qualified for our clients' virtual work opportunities. Laura Renner leads the FMVS internal management team who focus on day-to-day operations, marketing, sales and both client and Freedom Maker success. Freedom Maker Virtual Services sets itself apart from other virtual assistant firms with our Strive for Excellence in everything we do. To fill the gaps of uncertainty or unfamiliarity when hiring a virtual assistant, we have success managers who follow our client/Freedom Maker relationship to ensure that both sides are satisfied.
