Mary-Margaret Arnold

Mary-Margaret joined Freedom Makers Virtual Services in 2022. She holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Louisiana Tech University and began her career with the Department of Defense at Fort Meade, MD, where she served as a master planning evaluation and metrics lead and mission analyst.

As a military spouse who has navigated multiple relocations, Mary-Margaret eventually found her professional home at FMVS. She now leads Data and IT, overseeing day-to-day data operations, building systems, and developing new data initiatives that help the company make informed, strategic decisions.

Outside of work, Mary-Margaret enjoys running and spending time with her three daughters. She is the spouse of a former Naval Flight Officer and is passionate about supporting the military-spouse community through her work at FMVS.
