gap between mountains

Sometimes prospective clients ask us how they can know if their virtual assistant is trustworthy. With any new relationship, there is always a level of faith until you reach a comfort level with the other person. But when working remotely, there is always a chance of a gap arising, be it responsiveness or communication.

At Freedom Makers, we fill the early trust gap with more than faith. We fill it with our Success Managers!

We split our focus into success for clients and success for our Freedom Makers.

Client Success Manager: a resource for clients

  • Help set the relationship up for success by scheduling an orientation meeting with client and Freedom Maker to agree on expectations.
  • Regularly checking in with client to ensure expectations are met
  • Brainstorm ideas on delegation and systems and ensuring clients understand how to delegate to a person working remotely
  • Help manage the Freedom Maker if they need to transition from a client and assist new FM join a client (including hiring additional or replacement Freedom Makers), working hand-in-hand with the Freedom Maker Success Manager

Freedom Maker Success Manager: a resource for virtual assistants

  • Screen, train, and engage with our network of Freedom Makers ensuring they are set up for and know how to succeed as a virtual assistant in our network
  • Work hand in hand with Sales and with the Client Success Manager to identify the best fit Freedom Makers for each client
  • Regularly check in with FMs to see how work is progressing
  • Support the Freedom Makers when engaging with clients regarding their working relationship
  • Scheduling monthly trainings for FMs
  • Onboarding new FMs to our community

Our Success Managers are critical to our operations. Without them, clients and Freedom Makers would have to navigate the trust gap on their own. Furthermore, if it is their first time working with someone virtually, the unfamiliar environment widens that trust gap. We fill in that gap with our Success Managers serving as a resource for each, letting them know we will be there to help navigate any falls during the trust gap.

We work hard to make sure our Freedom Makers are a fit for virtual work in general and for each client specifically. Additionally, if something does not work out, we do what we can to make it right. That is our commitment to our clients and our Freedom Makers!
